Terms of service

These terms are between you and Snoowl, which operates Snoowl: this website, Snoowl Audit and Snoowl Answers. Using any of them means you accept these terms. If you use them for an organisation, you accept them on its behalf.

Hawzu has its own terms at hawzu.com/terms.

Keep your login details safe; you're responsible for what happens under your account. Workspace owners decide who can join a workspace and what each member can do, and are responsible for the people they invite.

• Only test chatbots you may test. An audit sends many questions to a chatbot. Connect only chatbots you own or are authorised to test, and keep within their usage limits. We ask you to confirm this when you connect one.
• What the verdicts are. Verdicts are written by AI models, checked against the documents you provide. They can be wrong, and they're only as complete as those documents. Use them to find problems to look at, not as a guarantee about your chatbot. You can review and overrule any verdict.

• Your customers' questions. You decide what your chatbot sends us and what it shows your customers. Tell your customers their questions are answered by an automated assistant, and don't send us data you're not allowed to share.
• What the answers are. Answers are written by AI models from the documents you provide, and they're only as complete as those documents. The assistant can still be wrong: show its answers as automated, and give customers a way to reach a person.

Some products and features are offered as early access. They may change, and they come without uptime or service-level commitments unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Prices are shown in your workspace, and charges are paid from its balance, or billed by invoice where agreed. Balances aren't refundable except where the law requires, and a deleted workspace's balance is forfeited. We'll give notice before changing prices.

You keep the rights to everything you upload and everything our products produce from it. You let us process it only to run the products for you, as the privacy policy describes. You're responsible for having the right to upload what you upload.

Don't use our products to attack, overload or probe systems you don't control, to break the law, to infringe others' rights, or to get around the products' limits. We may suspend accounts that do.

We work to keep our products running and your data safe, but provide them as is. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to what you paid us in the three months before a claim.

You can stop using our products and delete your account or workspace at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, and will tell you why where we can.
